Special Events

We LOVE special events as it gives us a chance to try out new things and do things a little differently!

We have now run and participated in several special events both outside and at the cafe.

Last year we ran 2 stalls at our local vegan market at Beach Street in June and December and held a successful Sunday Brunch Club along with a 3 course Sunday Lunch event and a special Festive Lunch in December.

We have several special events already lined up for this year.

We recently decided to be more adventurous and do some outside events as well as introducing some different themed events in the cafe!

We took the mobile Greenhouse Gazebo to Beach Street Felixstowe in June and December for the Suffolk Vegan’s Market Day, and had a blast selling out our very popular Hogless Baps with crackling and apple sauce – the queue was a sight to behold!

Hurrah! Nossage Rolls all round! It my be small, but my does it pack a punch! So very happy to be able to sit inside this totally fabulous and friendly cafe again. We have been counting the days! I had my favourite TLT (Tofu, Lettuce and Tomato), hubby had the new Christmas Sandwich and mum had a lovely thick, creamy winter-warmer of a Cauiflower and Butternut soup. Obviously we took away a variety of cakes including the scrumptious new Cranberry Christmas cake.

Cute and cozy! What a lovely cafe, perfect place to stop off for glorious vegan goodies 😋 First visit to The Greenhouse Cafe to sample some amazing vegan goodies. Bakewell hot chocolate, breakfast, sausage patty, cake, cookie and a couple of sausage rolls to take home. All taste amazing! Well worth a visit, we'll definitely be back 🌱🌱🌱

A wonderful place! What a gem this little café/mini restaurant is. I love it, it is one of the main reasons for my visits to Felixstowe. The menu is fabulous - for vegans of course anyway, but many of my meat-eating friends have been converted to plant-based food here. Such a thoughtful and imaginative menu, such a gorgeous atmosphere, a bit like travelling back in time to an idyllic 50s tearoom with a conscience and lots of plants. There is nothing not to love here, we should all be thinking more about what we eat, for our health and for the planet, and here is the perfect place to help us on that journey.

Consistently Amazing The food here is excellent. The choice is incredibly varied. The service is always warm and friendly. I have yet to have anything bad and I've eaten here a lot! And they have created vegan mint choc chip ice cream. What more do you need to know?!

The perfect vegan escape My vegan husband while in felixstowe has been given eggs with his vegan breakfast, dairy sour cream with his vegan bean chilli so this vegan cafe is the perfect place for peace of mind knowing it's definitely vegan! And the food was delicious!!

Perfect for vegans and vegetarians Being a vegetarian, I love that I'm able to choose anything to eat off the menu here. I've tried many dishes on the menu, and most are absolutely fantastic. I recommend their signature nossage roll - and the scones are delicious. Coffee is super tasty. The only issue I have is that the cafe is quite small, with seating for maybe a dozen people. With greener diets becoming much more popular, the cafe is usually very busy at lunchtime and on weekends. Recommend visiting as early as possible for a quiet bite to eat!

Amazing Vegan Restaurant Such a cute little cafe. Very limited seating so if you are going with the intentions to sit down be aware you may not have that opportunity. But it’s quaint small size is all part of the charm. I got the breakfast sandwich (with the nossage patty) as well as the T.L.T sandwich. Both were really lovely and great comfort food! They do a really nice job. They also have a nice variety of baked goods which all looked divine. I got a minced pie which was a good end to a tasty meal. We all gave this cafe two thumbs up!
